MANY RED FLAGS-Beware!!!! His “service” is poor, neither is it “great, and definitely contrary to Canadian standards, values or ethics. The company: 1.In biz for 20 yrs and 1 review?!?!?That speaks volumes. 2. No website. Why not??? 3.Never physically met my prospective tenant. He could not provide any physical evidence of income verification or credit checks. This is the hallmark of his offering.
