I bought a Blaze King Ashford 20 woodstove from this busienss. The service I was given was outstanding from the get go. I wanted a wood stove that could perform and wow does it ever perform. These stoves are next generation stoves. After lighting my stove at 5pm ( following instructions from hearth of muskoka) it is now 2pm the next day and my stove is still hot to the touch. Red coals inside. Thats 22 hrs later. Keep in mind I never refueled. This was the initial logs I started with. I dialed the stove back and got consistent steady clean buring heat for 22 hrs. The catalytic burner burns all the gasses and smoke keeping it ultra clean and efficient. Words can't describe how happy I am with this stove. Highly recommend this stove and even more so highly recommend Hearth of Muskoka.
Fantastic service. Extremely professional folk, yet still friendly and personable. The team show a great attention to detail and pay great care to ensure everything is clean and tidy. Have used them for a couple of years now and will be continuing to do so for my wood stove maintenance and sweeps.
Quick quote with caring and friendly staff. I got exactly what I wanted, and they are better priced than most places up here. I plan on using them exclusively from now on. That was for my wood stove installation in 2017, now it's 2018 and the snow is back so I called them for a chimney sweep and still the same great and friendly service! I couldn't be happier.
