We recently had a baseboard heater wired and installed. I wanted to let you know that Steve was a pleasure to deal with. He ended up having to take extraordinary measures of going through a window (with our permission first of course) to get in because another contractor inadvertently took the key with them the day before. I also wanted to recognize that Steve cleaned up more than his own mess because the floor was dirty before he arrived from our contractor and it was clean when he left so many thanks for that. This kind of service is what we read about on google reviews so thank you. We look forward to our ductless heat pump install next!

We ordered central air for our home. Dan, an electrician who was nice, professional and polite came to wire up my furnace and fuse panel. 2 days later when my a/c unit was in, they called to see if they could install it earlier than promised! Shawn and Jake who were as equally spectacular as Dan, got everything up and running beautifully and took the time to give me instructions. A truly wonderful Team!! Thank You ALL so much!

10/10 It was easy to find a time to have them come in - they were even early for the job ! I had Steve helping me and he was very sweet, friendly, and professional. He easily fixed some issues I was having since moving into the apartment. I didn't have to ask him to do anything and he even cleaned up before he left!

We have two Cozy heaters (7 years old) in our cottage. One quit outright and the other was unreliable. The initial installer looked at them, replaced some parts and sent a 470 bill. Unfortunately, I paid the bill, and the heaters quit again. Gravenhurst Plumbing diagnosed the problems quickly, cleaned the Pilot nozzles and the things work perfectly! Very professional technician, and overall company service! I HIGHLY recommend this company.
