Recommended an offgrid system for a moderate consumption 2 bedroom home which had all propane heating to save electricity. Installed and Never explained operation, system completely undersized. Made plans to upgrade system with solar company owner. Took deposit money and ran. 5 months of attempting to get money back with no luck. Carl Bell is a FRAUD AND THIEF.
