The entire Grassroots K9 team are the best in the business, from working K9s to pet dogs. They have continuously put my dog and our goals as there first priority, and have exceeded my expectations of what myself and my dog could achieve. I look forward to continuing to work with Mike, Alison, Kelsey, and the entire Grassroots K9 team, they are second to none!

Our eight month old puppy just did a 4 week board-and-train at Grassroots K9. In the few hours he's been home we've already noticed major differences in behaviour; he went from being really timid and easily distracted to a much more confident and engaging dog. We are extremely happy with the team at Grassroots K9 and can't recommend them enough! They kept us in the loop with everything along the way and they were super professional and courteous. My only issue is that I didn't find them sooner.
Mike and Ali have been amazing trainers and handlers throughout my first steps into the working dog world.
Hands down one of the best K9 camps around. As a security company we have met with several K9 trainers and Grassroots far exceeded our expectations. They are honest , dedicated to the safety and training of your dogs, and committed to training you to handle your dogs. We met Mike and his team when they were still in the states before moving to Canada and we still do constant work with them, even when we visit . You won't be disappointed by their level of experience. There's a reason so many law enforcement companies deal directly with Grassroots K9.
Mike and Suria are truly amazing dog trainers, they changed my dogs life, he is so well behaved now and on his way to being obedient off leash, this couldn’t be possible without them, their attention to detail and listening to my concerns is great ! The lessons are always fun and full of information. They gave me the tools and knowledge to get beanie to were he is now, can’t wait to see what’s next for beanie, keep up the great job you guys.
