What a lovely experience! I've been looking for some interesting hats an the ladies at the shop were so helpful. Naturally I gravitated towards the most beautiful hats that were unfortunately out of my price range, however Deb (I think that was her name) showed me around the shop and I found exactly what I was looking for! The hat was a bit too big for my little head, Deb adjusted it and it fit like a glove! I'm so happy to support a local boutique and I will definitely be coming back to add to my collection! Thank you!!!

Very cute spot! We came here during our visit to Vancouver and discovered this lovely gem in Grandview public market. The owner was so so lovely and nice! She helped me and my bf pick out our hats. We had such a fun time shopping here. Every time I wear my Kangol hat, I’ll think of great memories of Vancouver and my visit to this shop.
My favourite hat shop! Amongst other great hats, I bought a high quality Panama Hat here and I love it! If you're a hat person - or aspiring to be one - this is the shop for you.
Yesterday was my second time shopping here - both excellent experiences. Kind, helpful staff and an amazing selection. They have Covid safety protocols in place, but you're still able to try on anything you like. I will definitely be back.
I presumed the person who served us was Andrea from reading the positive comments in the shop; I didn't ask for names for the folks in the shop. Great service plus appreciate the extra hat care tips & advice. My boyfriend received many compliments from friends and random passersby for his Panama hat. I also love my purple cap and wore it later on in the evening with another outfit. We had window shopped few times beforehand but glad we finally stepped inside to make a purchase.
