This is a only old style boxing gym you can find in Ontario ,coach RG and coach Vic treat you the why if you don’t feel like is your fist home definitely is your second home!hope fully they don’t close after covid and every student can come come back to their home!

Good to be back!
I used to go there when I was around 13 or 14 and I loved everyone there and I want to go back. This is an awesome gym and I felt myself progressing. But my dad took me out because we didn't go there enough and it was to expensive. Hope to go back soon.
Amazing place to learn and train. The instructors here know their stuff and can modify and adapt to your needs. They know what they're doing and give their clients their knowledge. Friendly and fun vibe. Totally recommend.
I really love the training and exercise in this gym! Also, the owner and instructor are friendly people! Please try this gym! I highly suggest!
