Terrible service, after the 3 attempt of visiting the Lower Sackville location during their posted business hours someone was actually in the office. When I told them I was there to make a payment they just turned away from me and walked back into their office, I waited a minute and then followed them. After tell them the amount that I was there to pay, they sarcastically replied "oh great", I'm sorry but if you dont want to have that much money on site then get a debit machine. Finally when I asked for a balance they looked at me and told me to "contact the estate agent, I have another appointment", not as if the remaining balance wasn't on the screen you were currently looking at.
