Amazing view of the lake here with multiple hiking options. You can either take the more intense path, going up to 946m (according to our GPS), walking through rocks and roots for hours and get your heart pumping for a few hours or take a more tame version with wooden stairs to the top. Both give you access to a wonderful view. Make sure you have layers to accommodate for warmer and colder temperatures throughout your hike!

Best place to do hiking . Once you are on the top there is no words to describe the beauty. Best time to hike and reach the top is early in the morning. Just be careful black bears might come on your way but it's a rare chance (the park guide told us)

Nice hike with the kids where you keep on going up and up and nice trail. We didn't have time to do the full hike but we stopped at the lac georges which was formed by ancien glaciers. We ended up hiking 6km back and forth.

This place is amazing! Visited from Waterloo and it was well worth the drive and hike up the mountain. Absolutely amazing scenery. Many people say the trail is very difficult and not for first timers, however there were many young children (under 10) that made it to the summit. The reason it’s difficult is because it’s uphill and steep at some points, but very manageable and you can go at your own pace, taking breaks at the various lookout points. I recommend taking the Mont-du-Lac-des-Cygnes trail, it takes you to the highest summit and is about 3hrs there and back. Take the same trail down to avoid a very long hike back. Remember to book your tickets online the day before to avoid waiting in line and possibly being turned away. This is a must visit in Quebec!!
