Returns of regularly stocked items are accepted within 30 days of original purchase subject to the following terms and conditions: All returns must be authorized in advance. All returned items must be accompanied by their original receipt, in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition. To receive credit, lumber and building material items must not be cut, weathered or otherwise show any signs of use. We do not offer returns for special order items, items marked final sale or items sold more than 30 days prior to the return date. A minimum of 15% restocking charge will apply to all returns exceeding 40.00 in value before tax. Returns picked up by Grandor Lumber Inc. will be subject to a minimum 75.00 delivery/pick up charge Returns will be reviewed, verified and accepted by Grandor staff at their discretion. If the items are not of resalable quality, the customer will be notified and the materials will be held for a maximum of 5 business days for pick up by the customer.
