We've always purchased our trailers from McGoverns because the deal isn't done after the sales transaction is completed, its kind of where it all starts! The sales team is always great to deal with but I find the big value for us is how the service department is forever stepping up to the plate looking after any maintenance issues we might have and usually in timely fashion. You guys Anna, Kevin, Jordan, Jeff and the many others that I've forgotten to name are outstanding in looking after us and our trailer. You guys always go above and beyond to make sure things are done properly! Can't say why I would ever need to go elsewhere. Great job team McGovern!

I would give 0 stars but that isn't possible. Beware of Cohen, he loves to make a sale but when you need to have warranty work done for things you have paid for, don't look at getting it covered. If you want someone to talk down and scream at you, then this is the place to buy an RV. In response to McGovern reply: There was no bullying on my part, I was trying to get my warranty figured out and was told before I purchased my RV that there was a place in High Prairie that was able to fix warranty work, which is now not the case! I was also told that I should be "appreciative", for what, I have no idea! Also Cohen first told me he was the person that sold me the RV, then his story changed yet again after my husband received a nasty email from him, stating that he was only the Finance person that dealt with us. Get your story straight Cohen, you're nothing but a typical salesman, that has nothing to offer customers once the deal has been signed!

We seriously only went in to check out trailers..... prices and what was out there. We were shown what we had said we were looking for and saw one that had everything we wanted in a trailer. Leanne helped us and made us feel so good about this trailer. They really take care of their customers. Not an issue was had in buying it. And everything they said they were going to do for us, they did! There was no reminding!! I highly recommend Leanne at Mcgovern's for sure

Was looking in the market for a trailer, had found a used one at another dealership and had an absolute run around trying to purchase. Came over to McGovern’s and dealt with Terrance, Nick and Koen. They were able to get us into a brand new trailer that fit our needs perfectly with no hassle at all. Great Expirience here, 10/10 would recommend.
