Loved my experience. I'm a nervous flyer at the best of times but this trip flying high over the waters of Grand Bend was phenomenal. These guys take the safety of everyone seriously. They postponed my initial scheduled trip due to a problem which actually put my mind at ease when I did go up because who seriously thinks it's a good idea to risk being dropped suddenly out of the sky if the boat suddenly fails or there are weather issues? Nice seeing a company that earnestly puts the safety of it's customers and crew over money. Definitely going again

Grand Bend is one of the longest fresh water beaches with blue flag water status, making it perfect for weekend getaway. Wonderful for all age groups. The main street leading to the beach is very lively and nice - unlike most beaches in Ontario that dont have a street dotted with restaurants, antique shops, clothing shops, Grand Bend is definitely one of it's kind and a must-visit in summer.
We book parasailing for 3 people at 7pm. There was only 2 time slots with anyone scheduled at the time of booking. Some how one of the 2 boats broke and we got bumped. How does that make any sense? We book first and we get bumped! Completely unprofessional! No one bothered to call us. Not to mention this isn't the first time I've had issues with this company. We used them last year and they tried to put my son in a life jacket that didn't even fit around him. I told them it was too small and he was well over the life jacket weight limit. They said it didn't really matter. He didn't need a life jacket that fit. 2 years in a row this company has disappointed me. Yes the view is great. The safety and organization is terrible! Never again!
It was an amazing experience had an wonderfull time and friendly staff. You can have a go pro from them or if you are confident enough you can use your mobile cameras
I left my work for parasailing three time. But all the time they have some issues with boat and other stuff. So make sure you guys have good services.
