The Granby branch does it again! Went on the SAAQ website for information on renewing my almost expired medical card and was informed that I could go to the Granby branch without an appointment even during the latest COVID-19 restrictions that are in place. NOT! They are open and appointments are not needed but they do not offer that service at this time. Drove 25 minutes to St-Cesaire and was done in 10 minutes. Based on my past experiences at the Granby location, about 90% of the time something is wrong or missing for them to complete a transaction. They should just close that branch or get rid of the person responsible for the employees because I can’t believe that everyone working there is that incompetent.
