I absolutely love living here! Manager Laurie Vowels here in Sault Ste. Marie is right on top of things at all times. If there are ever any problems, Laurie ensures that these problems are fixed in a timely manner to ensure our complete comfort. There were a few minor issues, but they were quickly resolved once Laurie became aware. My neighbors here are kind and very helpful as well. My unit was completely redone, and my apt was freshly painted prior to my moving in. So many places in town will not allow pets, but here they do! I love the fact that I can have my small dog here with me! It's a very family oriented community .. and never had any major problems. I have been here for over a year, and feel so comfortable and happy. North 44 property management are not 'slumlords' .. unlike so many other rentable apartments in this city that are owned by people who don't care. Any issues are dealt with immediately, once brought to Ms. Vowels attention. Apply today! You won't be disappointed!! Heather Diotte
