They installed blinds in our house about 4 years ago - was happy with ordering, installation and product. Recently 3 of the blinds stopped working smoothly. I emailed yesterday and today warranty replacements are on the way.

Shannon was professional and courteous and helped with colour and style choices on the day she came by to see our window covering needs. We ordered 4 cellular blinds and a set of shutters for our bedroom. Installation was a breeze and the installer certainly knew what he was doing. All wrapping materials were taken away. Our experience was very good and I highly recommend using Gotcha Covered of Okotoks.
