The manager at the store today felt he should speak very rudely to my family member regarding how a mask was being worn. Staff and other shoppers were apologetic. Some left the store in disgust at his poor behavior. Note, my family member has difficulty breathing in a mask but tries to wear it the the best of their ability. He was threatening. I understand Goodwill has a stiff policy and does not allow people with mask exceptions into the store. While I disagree with the policy I would have no problem with it being enforced in a respectful manner. This was not the case today.

As a former employee I feel that the old store was great, and the new store is terrible. They used to actually care about the community and price stuff reasonably, but, now it’s only about turning a profit. Goodwill doesn’t pay their staff a fair wage for the work and the manager John is a deadbeat loser.
