Although the prices can be higher-than-average on some products, everything here is high-quality. They carry brands you don't find in your average health store or at the supermarket. The staff are very knowledgeable, always willing to help, and it's a great place to pick up health and wellness essentials. This may very well be the best health and wellness store in Niagara Falls.

My sister and I visited last Sunday as they advertised lots of Keto products. Jordan was amazing and took so much time with us to explain different supplements and to recommend certain products. I have to tell you that when we left the store, we were in such a good mood from our interaction with him and his extensive knowledge and warm demeanor. Amongst other recommendations, I have been blown away by the effectiveness of Natural Factors Double Strength Theracurmin. He stated that one capsule was as effective as a Tylenol 3 and he was right! I have taken 2 of them so far on different days for ongoing headaches and should pain. I took one approximately 20 minutes ago and feel so much better! The costs are higher than online but when you’re getting one on one advice and education, that’s something you can’t find on Amazon! Jordan you’re awesome!
I've been on keto for almost a year now.. I needed proper supplements to help support my change. I've tried some name brand vitamins but I heard there are far better top of the line. So I came here. Wow what a difference!! Thanks
I heard very good things about this place and decided to go in. I was chronically suffering from brain fog and bunch of other things. The owner Tamara is very knowledgeable and recommended some lifestyle adjustments. She really cared and listened. I can't thank them enough:) Coming here has changed my life!
