Best bubble tea spot in town. The guy works so hard, is speedy and super nice. Every time I try to tip him he refuses it. I always have to stop here to get a drink whenever I visit west Ed. My favourite drink to get is passion fruit green tea with white pearls.

Central location in West Edmonton Mall. It is a great place to stop by for a drink. They have a mix of milk tea and fruit tea drinks. There are only 2 sizes, Medium and Large. You can customize the ice and sugar levels. Also you can add toppings such as sago. They accept cash, debit and credit.

I ordered Gongcha bubble tea several times but never at this location. I took my first sip of my bubble tea, the bubbles were disgusting, it was extremely soggy and it seemed has been cooked for 4 hrs like my grandma’s stew I went back and told the guy who helped me the bubbles didn’t taste right. He stared at me as I was trying to be unreasonable and told me this is they way they had always made their bubbles. Good luck running the business man

Great experience, really delicious drinks and big menu. Friendly owner who offered to stay late to take our order when we came after closing! Customer service is wonderful. We have never been disappointed with what we order, and we've tried lots on the menu!
