Not impressed! I came in today for the first time ever, specifically stating that and asking what she recommended for a bubble tea and that i wanted something fruity. I proceed to look at the menu above her head and asked for the fruit number 3 which looked colorful and pink...Well she proceeds to make my drink and it was absolutly awful, ended up reading the label it was earl gray and black licorice tasting pearls...DISGUSTING I paid 6.50 for such a nasty drink. Pretty rude if you ask me, a simple 'do you like the taste of black licorice?' would have been simple to ask me. Will not return! :(

They charge MORE money when asked for NO ICE in your drink, the staffs didn’t tell me when I was ordering, when I realized that I requested a refund, I wanna cancel my order and I didn’t touch the drink, but they won’t let me coz the drink is already made! Apparently the staffs don’t think it is RIDICULOUS to charge more money when you ask for NO ICE!

My milk tea is good but the person working didn't seem very interested in being helpful. Didn't look up when talking, hard to understand, and not clear on whose order he was putting out.

The song selections there were great but a bit hard to find. The drinks are very good! Karaoke prices are very reasonable. Overall a great place to go on a Friday night!

Service is great! Helpful staff especially in figuring out which drink to try out. Lots of variety but my favourite is the wintermelon with basil seeds plus pearl. Clean place. Karaoke rooms look nice, modern decor but didn't try out. Open late til 2 am.

I asked for slushies and got two drinks with too much ice that was not crushed well and was in chunks (not slushie), not enough flavour and even though I asked for sweet they were bland. Paid over 12 for two drinks what a disappointment.
