I enjoy going to gongcha! The different options they have in regards to bubble tea are endless! Some favourites are the Earl Grey Tea with white and black pearls. Also like the panda milk tea. Taro is always a personal favorite. I tried the winter melon flavor and it is already sweet on it own so I would always recommend 30 sugar and less ice. The bubble waffles are always a good touch if your looking for something to snack on while you have your tea. They also have a rewards system that I would make sure to grab if you are a returning customer. Overall, would highly recommend and will return.

Very kool place. Took a friend from out of town last week and was not disappointed! Lots of interesting drinks to choose from. 7 of each had a drink and a snack and just over 35 dollars. Will be back 100 percent!!

February 4th, 2021. I was here to pick up order, I ordered Panda milk foam and I had a bad experience. As service workers themselves do not have a sense of prevention. Making only milk tea without gloves, even dipping his fingers into the drink. Have to make people doubt whether really through the in-store training. Especially, now the COVID-19 situation is serious, really let a person worry. This is still the case of in-person purchase, so isn't take-out even more guaranteed?

Big menu and things were very tasty. I would recommend anything with milk cream and drink it like as their little sticker says ( drink the teasip cream or mix everything and drink). gives different tastes and it was awesome. Aroma was amazing we didnt wanna leave- would go back again ps: picture isn't mine but just to show how tea & milk cream would look like

I was here to pick up order i have to wait for 20 min and the girl was rude. She said j have to prepare other order first even she knows i am in hurry. Very bad service. I suggest to go to another location

I placed my order at 2:01 pm in Stonebridge location for pick up and I received a message that they accepted my order 10 minutes after and told me that the order will be done within 15 minutes. I waited for their text messages but I haven't got any so I phoned them if my order is ready, the girl that spoke to me told me that my order might be placed in downtown location. I told her know and asked her to check my name and my order number. The girl realized that my order was sitting there and they didn't send me a message back. I waited for 44 minutes to for my drink and they are not even apologetic on the delayed. Bad service.
