Went there to pickup some umbrellas I saw online for my kids. Floor employees were really nice, but the price was double what was advertised. Same product, different skew in the computer? Give me a break. I showed the guy the websites claim, and he refused to price-match. Instead, offered a small discount that amounted to the tax for the item. (Still double the price) Bottom line, poor customer service and false advertising... no wonder this place has so many bad reviews. Ill never go back, no matter what. NOTE: don't bother responding asking me to contact you guys. You screwed up and its clear you don't actually care about your customers. I want nothing more to do with you.
