It was always a treat visiting Bruce and the team at the brick and mortar store. Now that I live a province over, another method was required to supply my Francis-Francis. After discovering that Gold Roast's website is e-commerce capable and doing my due-diligence to confirm competitive prices, I placed an order for a case of IperEspresso capsules and enough tea to qualify for free shipping. My shipment arrived three days after resolving a slight hiccup due to my request to ship to a PO Box (Canada Post has a one-up delivery convenience for those of us that work). For those of you that enjoy black jujubes – try the Mediterranean Blue tea.

Bruce and Brenda have been such a help with starting the espresso bar, they have patiently taught me how to clean my machines, introduced me to some fabulous products and responded promptly when I needed urgent advice on my rather tempramental equipment (not supplied by them I hasten to add the equipment they supplied has worked like a dream). Brilliant service - they provide reassurance with their coffee.
I find Gold Roast provides excellent service and support by email, over the phone, and in person. They are very personable and genuine, and always eager to answer your questions. I would recommend their service to any business.
I have been a Gold Roast customer and fan for many years, both as a business coffee service client and for my own home expresso machine, repairs, and supplies.
