Super disappointing. Wasted 400 on a custom dress that turned out super ugly and poorly made. Plus it was not at all what we had asked for. We had to drive all the way up to spruce grove to get a refund, only to be rudely rejected. Now we are back at square one without a dress and lost a bunch of money. Strongly suggest to not go there, especially for a custom dress.
