I have never personally had any landscaping work done by GCL, but my neighbours did, and I was sooo impressed!! GCL were kind and courteous and went over the top to accommodate me as a neighbour! They assisted me every time I pulled out of my driveway (their trucks were parked on either side of the shoulders of the road so it was hard to see traffic coming) and they checked the traffic every time to make sure I could pull out onto the road safely. They kept me informed of the work they were doing and did their best to accommodate me and cause as little interference as possible to my day. A customer service, and the finished project looks stunning!!!

On Saturday Sept. 7th I bought 2 yards of \Screened Top Soil\. My wife and I spread this out in her gardens and the lawn. After watering in the top soil for 3 days, it was apparent that the quality was poor and contained lot's of small gravel. I usually regard this business as being top notch with quality products and customer service, but this time I have to share and tell you DO NOT buy the Screened Top Soil unless you can somehow check it yourself first. VERY DISSAPPOINTED and now have to ???, rescreen everything? not to sure how to get it out of the grass?

This company survives by convenience and not customer service, this management group is the shallowest I have ever dealt with in my life, hence why we are seeing more competition in the area.You will regret any support you give this group.

Poor customer service. Avoid. Try Huron Ridge Greenhouses, Verbeek's, Art's Garden Centre, or Lakewood Garden Centre.
