We are extremely pleased with our Brick shopping experience! Furniture has been delayed due to Covid, but the Customer Service has been outstanding. Angela, Natalie and Brian have all been a great help. And the delivery guys rock too!

Purchased an entire kitchen worth of appliances as well as a new adjustable base, mattress and bedroom furniture. Natalie, the sales associate that helped me, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and even called to see if I was happy with my purchase after the fact! I will definitely be sticking with the Brick in the future.

We purchased a king sized bed frame from the Brick as well as a dresser. nightstand, and box springs during a sale, within a month of normal use the rails were completely cracked and the frame was torn and damaged. We reached out about a refund explaining how many times we had to take apart and put back together the bed because of the weak rails. Then they made us take everything apart again to send proof with pictures. Told us we could only get new rails sent (frame is completely cracked) or drive almost an hour into the store to pick a new frame for the same price in which they wanted to come pickup and exchange for the old frame. We show up in store wait a while to be helped. The sales manager was the person I was dealing with the while time when she finally found our information she informed us we’d be better to look online, didn’t show us any frames or make any effort to direct us to any frame while we were in the store. Then while we were walking out she told us next time if we pick a frame in the store don’t tell the staff we have a credit because she won’t give us one until we pick a frame and it would confuse the staff. Worst experience and quality I’ve ever had at a reputable store, will not be making any further purchases at that location.

Great shopping experience, Jeff was very helpful and so patient as it took a couple visits to make my choice of the many sofas and loveseats you had in the showroom. The delivery guys were courteous and professional. I purchased a number of items from your store ten years ago and the experience was 1st class and it remains the same this time around, thanks!!

They overcharged me by 170.00. When I complained, they waited until the product arrived then they notified me at 5 pm that pickup was available until 5pm
