Been camping for years at provincial parks and decided we would like to try a private park ( MacKenzie Tent And Trailer Park ) without a doubt a amazing park Spent the 2019 season here and loved it. Harmon and Cindy who run the park are great. They keep the grounds beautiful as well as the peace and quiet. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, quiet, great location fantastic people, this is for you. Noise makers need not show up, your stay will be a short one. Thanks Harmon Cindy hope to see you again. Tim. Diane

Very quiet campground. The owners were super nice and helpful. Short walk to public beach. Not much of a beach but nice sunsets. The site we had was a bit muddy but lots of shade. 15 minutes from Goderich. Unfortunately because of Covid19 everything was closed but we managed just fine. Would go back.

This was our first trip with our new rv and were so impressed with the park and staff! The gentleman who helped us with check in actually took the time to walk us over to our site and helped my husband back in. Throughout the weekend the staff regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was ok - they really do care about their customers and do a great job keeping the place up. We will definitely be back!

The other reviews don't justify the layout of this RV park. Positives: •The location is awesome. •100 yards from Lake Huron •every site has awesome tree coverage. •was able to fit my 59 foot setup into one of there sewer spots. •hydro excellent according to my digital surge protector •water pressure excellent •sewer unlimited, got to totally clean out my black tank •sunsets unreal •no mosquitos •no noise •dogs allowed •owner very friendly •way bigger bag of fire wood for 8 •ground is level Negatives: •long gravel road from hwy. Just drive slow •tight turn into gate but that's because I've got a 21 foot truck and 38 foot travel trailer Other: •ya need 2 lengths of sewer hose for some spots. But you should have 2 anyways.

We have been seasonal campers at this beautiful park for more 13 yrs. It truly is a gem and we consider it our best kept secret as far as campgrounds go! Its the peace and quiet that we appreciate. The beach is beautiful even though it changes with water levels its still a gorgeous beach! We thank the owners for their steadfast rules ....its those rules that make this an awesome vacation spot! You.ll no doubt enjoy your vacation at this family campground!
