I was very pleased with the professionalism of receptionist and the audiologist. The audiologist explained in detail the results of my test and how hearing aids would be of a benefit to me. The receptionist was very helpful with the details and requirements needed for the purchase of hearing aids.

Hi my hearing test was ok.But hearing aids are too expensive for my budget. the lower cost hearing aids you have are not very suitable to me. also you have no payment plan to help lower income people get your better products.

I purchased my initial hearing aid from an out of town business. She suggested sources that were available to me to help defray the cost of the aids. My hearing aids arrived within days. Kristen demonstrated their function, applications and maintenance in a clear manner. I am delighted with this product; very comfortable and effective, well worth every penny I paid , considering how it is enhancing my every day quality of life.
