This company sent me a debt notice that I paid 1.5 years ago, fortunately I have the proof of payment. I just think what would happen if I did not keep records. Update: they refunded my money after filing complaint with Ontario energy board and consumer protection Ontario. But they haven't issued any apology for all these harrassment
