They've cancelled my G2 test drive a week before it would've happened after I've waited a few months "due to COVID-19" and "I wasn't close enough to their building". I can drive there in 15 minutes going 50 and that's too far? They couldn't even reschedule me another date and time. Great, here's to me waiting a few more months but we all know they don't care.

Was just in there today doing some drivers license requirements. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, outgoing and engaging. Great experience and great COVID-19 protocols in place.
The most unprofessional personnel with the least amount of communication skills. It is like dealing with robots. The government may as well replace them with machines. I did not get to the driving part though, thanks goodness.

The MOT official responsible for the telephone access to the Drive Centres should be terminated or at least assigned to a position where he cannot inconvenience the Ontario public. This Computer Telephony Integrated System is an astonishingly incompetently engineered marvel which prevents access to a live agent for any service or question from a caller whose query does not apply precisely to the very specific and limited choices presented. The exit to leave a callback message is impossible when that mailbox is FULL. The end result is a never-ending loop and a total stonewall! I do not know what level of service is offered by the personnel at the Service Counter, so I will not presume to pass judgement on that aspect of the Service. As a retired Telecommunications Systems Manager I am well qualified to render the above evaluation and failing grade. -- David McGowran
It was a bit strange and disagreeable! I never want to complain, or anything like that! But I went to get my G1 and last week, and there are not so nice people working there, I got to my place to begin the test, and there were some women speaking of her lunch, the workers talked about their height and so on. There were 3 guys next to my eyes doing their test and a lot of people on one side and those employees only talk to one another and the place is super loud and not welcoming; there were people standing at each other's side waiting for their turns and employees talk about each other height, lunch break and the worker should have been dealing with the customers but she was full on talking loudly to the other employees as well as them talking and they were super slow. I had to focus on what I was doing. I couldn't focus, I messed up on 5 questions which had lead me to retake the test, I passed after I came another day but it's just a shame, waste of time and money. Super loud workers talking about nonsense and not getting things done rapidly, ******I would highly suggest to not go there, if your a teen, or your taking your son/daughter there*****
