It's refreshing to see the President/Owner, who is a master machinist, spend most of his time on the shop floor rather than his office and be able to run every machine in the shop and make perfect parts. Highly skilled and professional team atmosphere all working towards the same goal of making awesome parts delivered on-time and keeping our customers happy. Great place to work!
Billet Precision is a great company to work for. The company culture is top notch and all employees are easy to work with. Management is easy-going and they're very understanding of your needs and goals. The quality of parts made here are some of the best parts I have ever seen, and it was a privilege to be a key member of the production process. As for pay, it's really good and the benefits are more than decent. I would definitely encourage any aspiring machinist/operator to give Billet a shot as the room for personal growth and career development is limitless.
