Work is well done and staff is very helpful. However, quotes are very deceiving. They should take into consideration that we are not all mechanics nor do we all understand the costs involved with repairing a vehicle. It would have been appreciated if they could have detailed the additional costs one would incur when the quote was provided. Sticker shock when the total amount owing was triple the amount of the quote.

Very professional, competent and comtatively priced. They're a very busy place as a result so it can effect their time manamgement as in you vehicle could be in shop longer than they estimate.

Absolute worst service!!!!! Dropped my car off at 9:30am to get a patch for a screw that was in one of my rear tires, was told at 4:30pm that they couldn't fix it due to the location of the screw. Then I was told that I needed 2 new tires which is fine until they said that due to the speed rating of my front tires the only tires they can install were 375 each, which is ridiculous! Took them all day to tell me this . Afterwards I went to Ottawa Tires and Rims which is not far from them and got 2 new tires with installation for 320. DO NOT GO TO ATWILL FOR TIRES! they will try to rip you off.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! Very professional team they have there. Called them for a quote and they were back to me within a half hour. Would highly recommend!
