During our kitchen renovation we realized we would need to extend our gas line before we would be able to install our new gas stove. I contacted Sam just two weeks before Christmas and he responded very quickly to come out and assess the existing pipe. He was able to install a new line and when our stove came in on Dec 23rd he made the extra effort to come back to hook up the stove so we would be able to use it for our Christmas dinner. He was very courteous and professional and we would definitely recommend this company.

I recently chose Global Plumbing to replace my 13 year old hot water tank. It wasn’t leaking or showing any signs of failure, but it was well out of warranty and I was concerned about water damage if it were to fail. So I thought I would replace it proactively. After researching online, and reading reviews, I called three local North shore plumbing companies just to make sure Global’s quoted price was competitive. Sam came the next day with a new John Wood tank and floor pan. He replaced my tank and took the old one away all within a few hours. Our hot water tank stopped heating water on Thanksgiving Day. I rang a few plumbers and Sam was the only one who picked up. Straight away it was about doing the right thing and convinced me to wait till the following day do a full assessment of the tank. As it happened it had just gone out of warranty 2 weeks prior but Sam was open and transparent and we went with a new water tank (with pan) and increased warranty and also changed some valves and piping for peace of mind. Sam changed everything the next day and it was all done at a competitive price and excellent workmanship including dosposal of the old water tank. I would recommend Global Plumbing to anyone out there who wants the job right, with peace of mind and a competitive price. Thank you Sam!

I needed my hot water tank replaced as it was no longer insured. Sam was extremely responsive and I had a new tank fully installed within two days. No messing around. He also identified and resolved plugged drainage which I had been oblivious to. I did boot check around for different quotes so I can't speak to the pricing. Overall a great experience.
