The owner is so sweet and kind! Lovely to have a conversation with. Just moved to the area and needed balloons for a birthday - I have been back many times and will be a regular customer. I also love that she is the owner/ operator and is the one you will always see when you go in. I think the people commenting about opening hours should recognize it is one lady just trying to support her family and things happen sometimes :)

My go to party store for several years now. Always get the best balloons for every occasion.
I had a very bad experience with Global party supplies. I got number 40 balloons and went home. The 4 deflated by the time getting home. It was end of the day and couldn’t get back to the store. The day after, around noon went back to the store and showed the owner the ballonns. Shockingly, she told me you are telling lie and you kept the ballons in the car. I said that I didn’t but she kept repeating herself. I asked for a refund or another ballon, but she told me to Get OUT OF MY STORE or I will call the cops. Just be careful of the customer service you get from her.
