On November 19th during Global Assets Solutions, Toy and Nostalgia Auction (online) I won a doll Lot 18 Price realized & WON, During the auction many doll items were passed on by the auctioneer Michel \HOSS\ Bertrand however my bid was accepted, When I did receive my invoice the doll Lot #18 wasn't included, When I called the auctioneer Mr. Bertrand, he said it was passed on, I advised him that I had paper-work showing the bid was accepted and he should honor his agreement, He said NO Way are you getting the doll and it was a mistake, I wonder how Mr. Bertrand would feel if bidders who won items called him to tell him that it was a mistake. Be very careful bidding on any of Global Assets Solutions Inc. as the auctioneer may just accept your bid and then decline as he claims it was a MISTAKE Shame on Mr. Bertrand the auctioneer, My first and last time bidding on any of this man's auctions
