zero customer service. I came in looking to try and match a flooring that I currently have. the person at the front opened the door and said go look... showed me where the sections of hardwood, laminate and vinyl were and then just left.... Very odd experience and certainly does not make me want to spend 10,000 on new flooring with them
Honestly the best place I could have delt with. Not only was I helped right away all questions answered. But the flooring was delivered right on time and the quality was amazing to work with. Hands down one of the best floorings I've had to work with. I will be using them for the rest of my clients and jobs.
