Knowledge staff and stellar service. Best prices in town for anything to do with your Ford vehicle. I'd recommend them over any other auto shop in all of Victoria in every aspect. The only thing I've ever found at better price somewhere else is a tire puncture repair.

I recently bought a used car from Glenoak for my son. Within a few days an engine trouble light came on. The codes indicated that the vehicle had a stretched timing chain, an expensive repair. I purchased an extended warranty but it wouldn’t cover the repair as it was deemed a preexisting condition. I contacted Glenoak and couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled things. Without even being asked they indicated they’d fully cover the repair. What a solid company!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Last year I had a good experience here and decided to return, which was a big mistake. Glenoak Ford does not care about the customer, the dollar is their only concern. They are constantly trying to upsell, add fees and expenses at inflated costs while trying to cut their costs. I had a full set of brakes done here which was quoted one price with everything included that was supposed to be the maximum and then it ended up a lot more when all was said and done even after they applied \discounts\ as they just re-inflated the cost with additional labor charges. Instructions were clear from the start that parts were to be Ford and yet they still tried to cut cost to themselves by trying to put generic parts on hoping the customer wouldn't notice. Unfortunately for them the generic wouldn't fit properly (which led to a 2 day delay without my vehicle while the proper parts came in). The service department failed to take responsibility for the inconvenience for not having the appropriate parts even though the appointment was setup almost a month in advance and all that they could say when questioned about why they tried to put generic parts on was \I don't know.\ When going in to pickup the vehicle the parts rep was explaining the invoice to us and her Manager, Murray came over aggressively and started yelling at us saying we didn't know what we were talking about and then rudely walked away. Ford has lost a customer for life through the unprofessional and inappropriate way that Murray conducted himself and the unethical business practices at this dealership.
LOVE our new 2020 Ford Explorer!!!! We are truly a \Ford Family\ and the sales and service we get at Glen Oak Ford is exceptional - they make buying a vehicle FUN - the way it should be! There are 3 generations of our family travelling the roadways in vehicles Paul and his team have sold us. I had the oldest one in the fleet - a 2007 Escape - which Paul had been trying to gently persuade me to upgrade for a few years. I'm a hard sell when things are working just fine, but I am sooooo happy I finally took the leap yesterday!!! Test drove the Edge, the Escape and the Explorer - the Explorer won out! LOVE IT!!! Thanks Paul & Amir and the whole \Glen Oak Team\. Wonder who the next family member will be to take over my pole position of FORD envy?? Cheers Everyone!
