My husband found this dog in the Glencoe area. We've named her Foggy. He brought her to our vet, who told us that she was emaciated, dehydrated and severely neglected. VIcky is fighting us to have her brought back to the home that mistreated her so badly. Use this shelter with caution. This picture is the one my husband sent me the minute he found her. Does this look like a dog that was loved and given the basic necessities of life? Shame on Glencoe animal shelter.
They are there to help no problem if you have any concerns about your furry friends!
