I brought my car in for a stone chip repair on Oct 5th. It cost me 60 10 tip. On Dec 3rd i noticed the place that had the chip had now gotten worse with a long crack forming on each side. I took the car back to show the owner Elliot. I was shocked when he told me that he never fixed my car and that i must be confused with some other place. When i proved to him that it was him who worked on it and that it should be under warranty, his excuse was that he only gives a warranty since his work never fails and because it failed then it must not have been him who fixed it. I then realized that this guy must be missing a few marbles and left. I'm writing this review to warn others of my experience of the low quality of work received and lack of ethics of the owner. How he has been in business for 20 years i do not know.

I had the most positive experience taking my car to Glass Tech Auto Glass. My car window was fixed promptly and eventhough other issues were found from a previous fix from another company, Elliot took care of it, making sure the fix would not cause future problems. I would recommend this shop 100%
