BP Test

I do not suggest work with this company on any residential work. They always take bigger work as a first priority and you just keep waiting and waiting and waiting. They promise you to install the window at the end of this week, then end of the next week... it's been two month now that we are waiting for the installation, winter is here already...

After a lengthy wait for my install (months) after a 50% deposit was taken, I had to make multiple emails and phone calls to have a wobbly handrail remedied. They came back to fix without a call and replaced the screw fasteners with oversized screws that now stick out and do not match the corresponding railing. Some joints are very loose and other tight which tells me they needed to redo the loose joints with an adhesive sealer which was clearly not done. STILL WOBBLY AND LOOSE. One of my glass panels has a chip at he bottom that was not addressed. This job was expensive and I feel some follow up to ensure a quality install and my satisfaction was warranted. Good luck.

I just picked up a custom piece of glass for my diningroom table. It was cut perfectly, and the edges polished nicely. I assumed it would fit in the back seat of my truck, but it didn't! The owner, Steve, went above and beyond to wrap the glass in blankets I had brought with me, tape it up, and load it into the truck bed for me. He went so far as to support the glass with boxes and foam, and further secured it with my straps. The glass made it home in one piece, and looks fabulous!!! From the first contact I had with this company, Pat was extremely helpful and informative. Their team provides amazing customer service! And their prices are fair, too. Highly recommended!

We had a frameless shower door installed in March 2020 by Frank and another person and everything was fine. In mid-June, we started having problems with the door sliding open and not staying shut while we were showering. I contacted Glass Pro via email on June 22nd regarding this. Twice I was told by an individual named Steve that someone would be stopping by late afternoon to adjust the shower door. No one showed up. In the last few weeks, I have spoken with this same individual regarding this and was advised that no one is able to fix our shower door as they are very busy with installations. It has been 5 weeks since I contacted Glass Pro about the issue with our shower door and nothing has been resolved. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I should not have to repeatedly contact them to ask when someone can come to fix the door. I would not recommend Glass Pro to anyone that I know.

They have a great team of experienced Glaziers and Craftsman. That will go out of your way to make sure that you are happy with your service. And they installed a beautiful 10mill shower door for me at very fair price..
