I recently renovated my main floor and was looking for island lighting for the kitchen, to my surprise not only I bought lighting for the kitchen but i found lighting for my formal livingroom. Ray was very professional, attentive and patience to deal with my ask; this owned family business is now my \Go to place\ rather than large companies, i would recommend this owned business to anyone who is seeking for variety, expertise and excellent customer service! Amazing selection for any style of lighting for your home, office or in my situation Raywal showroom in Barrie! They also have a great selection of stools, tables & other furnishings.
Ray is awesome! He went above and beyond to get me my chandeliers, while all the other stores said that the supplier was out of stock. The man was very patient, answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend his shop. Don’t know why people are complaining about the way his store looks, since that is irrelevant. You will always end up ordering from catalogs or websites. There is no light store that will have everything you want in display!
Always great to deal with a family owned business. The store has a lot of variety in lighting on display but if you do not see anything you like, the staff is great at finding what you want from their catalogues. they know their stuff!
We went in while traveling through Barrie on a whim to scout out some lighting during our renovations. Based on the awesome service we received, high quality products and good selection we bought multiple fixtures. Both my wife and I were incredibly pleased with our experience and although it's out of the way for us, we'd gladly make the trip to shop here again.
