Went in to have windshield replaced. Was quoted one price, took it in had the work done, then was told the price was almost 100 dollars more than the quote. Turns out the guy who quoted me apparently didn't add in Labour costs..... Nothing was done, obviously I was unhappy at a higher price and had to pay as the work was already done. Nothing was done for customer satisfaction for employees own mistake.
