SO glad we found Cynthia and Glass Earth! Our unique office and common spaces at Ritchie Mill really came to life with the custom live walls and moss panels they created for us. Cynthia was so accommodating and pleasant to work with and helped us achieve what we had in mind. When we need some plants updated it is no problem, and the cost has been quite fair for the quality and service provided. Only problem is, it is hard to stop once you start:). Thanks to everyone at Glass Earth!

A very cute store with an even more knowledgeable employee. Tbh, I was a little intimidated by the window prices, but once I went inside I realized that the prices are actually very fair and reasonable. The window plants are probably just some of their best/favourite plants. The selection of houseplants is amazing, I could honestly spend hours in this store.
I love this store! I came in and ended up taking home a lovely new plant. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable, nice, and bagged it perfectly for transport. Very happy with my new addition to my mini jungle.
Update to review: They have amazing customer service and went above and beyond to fix this issues with my order. Cannot recommend them enough! Very disappointed in my last order... This was my 3rd time ordering from their online store. The first 2 times were really great high quality plants. Going off the first 2 orders I would rate 5 stars. But, my last order left a bad taste in my mouth in terms of quality. Dead tips on all the leaves of the prayer plant and look at the straight up dishonest picture they are using to advertise their Tradescantia nanouk... This is just unacceptable for a store that charges a premium for their plants. I have no problem paying extra for quality plants, but this last order was far from that. I don't think I will be making any more purchases from this store. At best the images they used were misleading if not just straight up dishonest.
The store is a nice escape from the mall - even though it's in a mall. It's a relaxing vibe, complete with the sounds of soft streaming water from their fountain display and beautifully full grown plants (they're huge) - top marks for that cus who doesn't love walking under live plant canopies! I also found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable - which is exactly what I look for in a plant shop. Also appreciated the sale section. I left with more plants than I intended to get and I don't regret it at all. Would definitely return!
