This company is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with. They didn’t show up 4 times and never had the decency to call and let me know. I had to call and find out why they are not showing up. They had banal excuses every time. IT TOOK THEM 3 months To complete a job that they insured me that the window would have been fixed in 2-3 weeks. Their service is the worse In the world, I don’t even know how this company is still running with this kind of service. The manager from the Kitchener location (5 Paulander dr Unit D) has zero respect, terrible service, zero compassion, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I GUARANTEE YOU I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS HOW TERRIBLE YOUR SERVICE IS.
Our 8’ high front window has 6 panes which had lost their seal & looked cloudy. Instead of investing 8k-10k for a whole new unit, we had the Glass Doctor replace the 6 panes of glass and seal them. They even repainted the stops. Calling these guys saved us thousands and we could still use our California shutters. The installation took only six hours. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
The website don't have any variety of glass and over the phone it's not helpful too poor place for customer services it will be more helpful in what the customer wants and looking for even the have a sign to said appoiment but i call the lady Cleary said the office it's close and she is not ablr to provide any sample bad place to choose
