I was pretty disappointed with the service I received the last time I was there. I felt like an impositions and like I had the plague or something . I am wondering why they would stay open if they are so worried about getting sick. I had also asked to be let know when some yarn was back in stock back at the end of January and just received a call that it was in. Then I felt pressured to make a decision because I was told they close in 10 minutes. I work so was unable to get there any earlier. Do they want people to knit and carry on these talents or not?I have received excellent service by a couple of the other employees and have made many purchases here. Not sure I’ll go back now....

The best customer service! The staff member was so patient as she tried to help me find the right yarn for my pattern. She was so knowledgeable and I never felt she was trying to push me towards higher end products. The yarn selection was AMAZING. This will be my go-to knitting store without a doubt.

There should be a zero star option. Easily the worst yarn store in YYC. I have taken a couple classes here and your first red flag should be the fact that they don't wind the yarn that you purchase there. That is ridiculous and the only yarn store that I have encountered that doesn't offer a pretty standard service. Sub par selection at best, no indie dyers, over priced, rude unwelcoming staff, the list goes on. There is a nice selection of fibre shops in YYC that are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Don't waste your time or money here.
