The Gilmour Group was able to provide this support and we have been working with them ever since. Over the last 10 years Grant and his Team have provided personal tax support, extended family estate planning, helped us set up our family business Corporate structure, guided us through the recent Federal Tax changes and continue to provide support related to personal taxes, Corporate structure and corporate year end. Their \free\ consultation is actually contingent on making a significant financial investment with them, a contingency that's neither stated nor implied in their online offer. In short, there's a clear mismatch between their stated offer and what they're actually willing to deliver, a \bait and switch.\ When I pointed out this issue to them over email, I received no response. Such deceptive advertising practices make me very suspicious of how they're viewing their relationship to potential or existing clients. Buyer beware. Edit: Google doesn't allow the original reviewer (me in this case) to respond to the business owner's response, hence this edit. I try my very best to give others the benefit of the doubt. However, in this case, the fact is that this company's marketing contains an offer that was not honoured, a fact easily proven with saved screenshots of their offer & the messages from my private email exchange with the company. The issue was politely pointed out to them via their office administrator & marketing lead. The company only responded on google after I posted a public google rating. If someone from the company wishes to discuss further, then they can simply email me back, since it's not possible to have a threaded discussion here.
