I have never used this operation before but I definitely will in the future. They put together a beautiful basket for me very short notice. For that I am grateful and the basket was exactly what I needed. But when I went to pick it up is why I am now a massive fan of this service. I was able to peek at some of the baskets that they were taking out for delivery and I want to send all of them to everyone. So customized and detailed. I inquired with the lady who was helping me and I learned that they get orders for custom baskets from all over the world and they have many recurring customers, not surprising, which speaks volumes of the quality and thoughtfulness these folks put into their baskets. If you don't see what you want, and you know what you want, give them a call.

What a great service they provide. They have so many fun gift baskets and offer customizing as well. Connie was fantastic, even sending me a picture of the basket I ordered after it was put together, before it was delivered. It was delivered when I expected and I was notified once it was. The basket was so beautiful, well put together and well priced. I was blown away by their service and extremely happy with the product, and will continue to order from them and recommend!

Products are just adorable and great quality. Customer service was incredible. The online basket of choice was sold out, however by speaking to them over the phone they were able to customize a basket with my wishes. Truly helpful and super fast delivery. all around.

Great baskets coupled with great customer service. My husband is hard to buy for and he absolutely loved the basket I got him for Valentine's Day. Love that you can remove, add or substitute items in the baskets as well.
