Ordered headphones on a open box deal. Ordering process was straightforward. Shipping and delivery details are clearly identified on their website so user expectations can be set. Product was shipped with a tracking # and delivered on time. Headphones are working super and the product was delivered with no issues. Will order from them again.

The Morrison's

Horrible experience with Gibbys. We ordered a 65” television from them that came damaged, it had a large crack in the screen. When they sent the truck to pick it up the driver had two TVs in the back that he said he was delivering in the area. They were leaning on a 45 degree angle against the wheel well in the back of the truck. They claim that the crack is our fault and that we cracked the screen with our thumb when we removed it from the box. They claimed that the TV not being properly secured in the back of the truck would not cause damage. WHAT???? The TV cost us 1204 and they put a refund on our card of 592. They have basically stolen from us. Sounds like they have a great scam running. Ship broken televisions, fix them and resell them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My Harmony 650 remote died which I used for controlling everything. I looked online for a replacement and they were sold out everywhere. I don't know how I ended up at Gibbys but I'm glad I did... they had the Harmony 665! I promptly purchased through their website. Everything went smooth. I purchased on a Sunday night and had the new remote my Tuesday morning with free shipping to boot! I have you bookmarked for future purchases. Thank you, Gibby's!!
