I have dealt with Gibbons Motor Toys, Salmon Arm, for at least the past 5 years. Most of my dealings involve parts and lubricant purchases for my boat. I have also had them do repair work. Either way Paul and Ed have always provided excellent service. What strikes me most about them is they always take time to talk to you and answer any questions you might have, that is uncommon these days it seems. There is no doubt in my mind these guys know their stuff. I once had a fiberglass issue with my boat that required another shop. Ed recommended another local business, which I took the boat to. The work was excellent. Paul, the Mercury tech, is a wealth of knowledge and skill. He is constantly upgrading his level of training, if you have a question about Mercury Marine products, he's the guy to talk to! I recently had to do a major and expensive upgrade to my boat. I did not hesitate to call these guys and give them the business. Highly recommend Gibbons Motor Toys!
The crew at GMT team and Coyote Boats go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is taken seriously!! I recently had warranty work done on my Coyote 180 Jet Boat, GMT and Rob at Coyote exceeded my expectations...truly a dealership and manufacturer that “stand 100% behind their product”. When i bye an atv. utv. etc. I do not just go to one dealer and purchase I visit other dealers to do comparisons for pricing and service. By far Gibbons Motor Toys succeeded in all these areas, from sales to the service counter. Sales do not push you into buying and are very knowledgeable. Service counter are always there to help you.
