With no vacationing allowed during these Covid-19 times, our family like many others... turned to buying a cottage and some water craft to enjoy. The staff at Quinn's Marina were very knowledgeable and helped us out with the purchase of a boat, Seadoo, & trailer. A sign of a great company is one that backs up the products that they sell. Our Seadoo was purchased used and we had a few issues with it right out of the gate. Quinn's Marina stepped up to the plate and helped us to get it running perfectly. Quinn's Marina has been very fair with our family and it has not gone unnoticed. We will not hesitate to use their services again nor would we hesitate to refer them to our friends and family. Had we purchased anything from a Private Seller then we would have been out of luck. When thinking of buying any marine or personal water craft...think Quinn's Marina FIRST!!! They also have many other items for sale. Special shout out to Jim & the lovely ladies on the service desk! Thank-you for helping our family create memories that will last a lifetime :) Sincerely, The \Phipps\ family

We bought 3 seadoo Trixx from Quinn’s Marina. Ron Smith was our sales rep. He was a great guy to deal with and gave us a better price than any other dealer. Will be purchasing from him again in the future!

I bought my first and second seadoos from Quinn's and serviced them there. There is another dealer 30 mins from my home compared to Quinn's that's about an hour and 15 minutes but I kept going to Quinn's to keep/build the relationship. For the past two years, the customer experience went down.Interactions became mechanical. October 2020, I dropped off my Seadoo for winterization but forgot to bring the key along. Told them I will drop the next day. The following day, I went to drop the key, I learnt they had already winterizied the Seadoo. When I was presented the invoice, I saw a \key re-programming\ charge. I was told they had to reprogram the key, but my argument was that a) I had informed them I was coming back the next day b) they could have called me to let me know they were going to reprogram and charge me. The customer service/cashier's attitude was \it is what it is\ pay and leave. I paid, came back to my car, reviewed the invoice again and noticed 10 Admin Fee charged twice. I went back in and at first she tried to justify the double charge but with my reasoning credited me 10 plus HST and I left with not wanting to go back to Quinn's again. I know my 250-300 of business per year is not going to make a difference, although I like to trade my Seadoo's 2-3 years. However, I am content that I will not be dealing with a business that was not transparent to me and where I am no more than a mere transaction.
