My car was recently hit when parked and uptown dealt with my insurance, fixed my car, and even went as far as detailing the entire interior and exterior for me before picking it up. The staff was friendly, informing, and overall did an amazing job. I had never filed an insurance claim before and they helped me through and explained each step of the process. They have me an exact number of days they would need to work on the car and it was done on the exact day they had said. Smooth transitions, amazing staff, and a great job. Attached are my before and after photos. Overall, would recommend uptown to anyone who asks!

I had to go to Uptown for coverage through my insurance and they were very quick and professional . They also did an interior clean and exterior wash at no extra charge would highly recommend for any type of repairs needed.

Was just in for a small repair I picked the truck up last night. I was willing to forgive the fact it looked like they had wiped the truck down with a wet rag, what upset me was the drivers side floor mat dripping water. I was told they don't clean cars but as a courtesy they washed my mats and vacuumed, they did neither. What it looked like to me is either leave the window was left down in the rain or they took a garden hose to my floor mat for whatever reason. The excuse of \We do this for everyone and you are the first to complain\ made it worse. My truck went to them detailed and I explained to them I keep it very clean and well looked after when I dropped it off. Yet to get it back in this condition is less than acceptable and their attitude of \oh well so what\, amazes me. My advice is find somewhere to get your body work done by a company that takes some pride in what they give their customers.
